New Starbucks Perks up Business at CRP!

Leading European Software Specialist Relocates to Cambridge Research Park
Trinicom, the European market leader in multi-channel customer interaction software, has relocated its UK head office to Segro’s Cambridge Research Park, where it will be taking a substantial unit 7221 in the development’s Easilease facility.
The move, to facilitate the expansion of Trinicom’s UK technical support and sales team, follows a record breaking sales quarter for the company.
“The relocation of our UK head office comes at an incredibly exciting time for the company” says Libby Mitcheson Smith, Managing Director of Trinicom UK. “With several new clients about to launch enhanced customer contact solutions, we need to invest now to maintain our reputation for support and technical excellence”.
Trinicom selected Cambridge Research Park, strategically situated to the north of Cambridge on the A10 with easy access to the A1, A14 and M11, after a wide review because it offers a great combination of access, working environment and on-site facilities.
The move was completed on 10th April 2007.
